World's biggest pancake?

Ok last Saturday our club found "a new place to dwell" during breakfast. Due to the Riverside Air Show and it’s humongus’ turn out. Our regular hang-out, D&D’s roadhouse grill(under the air tower), was over run by flyers and heir fans.
Rod (aka Dad) knew of a place called “Family Homestyle Café” in Loma Linda. Gotta tell you about the ginormus perfect pancake they serve on a platter. Grilled crisp on both sides a half to three quarters inch thick of the best griddle cake you can sink your teeth or dentures into. It is family owned and operated there is a comfy couch at the door so you can wait for your family/group to gather. Also a small family lounge back by the bathrooms. The real deal from my plate was the six egg green chile/cheese omellette it was the bomb diggety. Located @ 24735 Redlands Blvd., Loma Linda, CA 92354 just off Hwy 10 btwn Waterman & Anderson. Across the street from the place for compression hoses for your current racecar build.
